“Harambe Nights” Premium Event This Summer At Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

This summer, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will host a special nighttime event, Harambe Nights, that promises to “immerse you in the story of The Lion King like never before”.

Every Saturday starting  June 7, 2014 through August 9, 2014, The Harambe Village at Animal Kingdom Park will transform into a celebration paying tribute to the  20th anniversary of Disney’s The Lion King.

The event runs from 7 pm to 10:30 pm starting with a reception that includes appetizers, beer and wine. You will then enter the Harambe Theater for a private performance of the all-new show The Lion King: Concert in the Wild—complete with a special celebrity narrator and a live orchestra!

Celebrity narrators include Micheal Beach (Waiting to Exhale, Insidious), David Alan Grier (In Living Color), Alfre Woodard (Ten Years a Slave, True Blood) and many more.

Following the show, step out into a party in the streets of Harambe Village where Live bands and DJ’s will have everyone dancing. Here, you will also be able to sample from an assortment of all-inclusive food and beverages—including mouthwatering and sweet tastes, and African beers and wines. Also, many of the Disney characters will be there to party with everyone!

There will also be exclusive event mechandise like:

A limited-release case for iPhone 4 and 5 featuring imagery from Disney’s The Lion King.
Disney’s The Lion King 20th anniversary puzzle
Exclusive event items like apparel, art, collectibles and so much more!

General admission tickets for Harambe Nights are $119 for adults; $79 for children 3-9 (tax not included)

If you would like to be closer to the action, there are Premium tickets available for $134 for adults; $94 for children 3-9 (tax not included)

Please note that none of the other areas of the park will be accessible during the event and a separate park admission ticket is necessary if you plan to enjoy Animal Kingdom Park prior to the event.
